The VanDerbeck Group - www.vanderbeck.net - Joomla/PHP/MySQL
Joomla allows for 'human friendly' URLs through a module. Also, the rotating flash banner and individual banners on each page are handled by two other modules.
Another nice feature of this site is "related content". The core business pages have related blog and articles at the bottom of each page, chosen dynamically based on metadata.
